Over a site of 103,00 sq.m, three separate industrial structures for cold store, dry store and state offices were designed and documented for the IGA distribution center in Crestmead. The center functions as the distribution base for 300 IGA supermarkets and 600 other retailers across the state and more than 3,000 independent liquor outlets from Coffs Harbour to Cairns.
