Working with Civitas and GPT this project involved the expansion of the existing Rouse Hill Town Centre, including the extension of the street network with pedestrian links to Rouse Hill Metro Station. The masterplan included new commercial precincts and residential sleeve site from Winsor Road to Caddie s Boulvade.
