Working for QIC and GPT, we developed the retail masterplan, tenancy plans and services coordination over four levels of the MLC Centre in the Sydney CBD. This included the Level 5 Basement Supermarket, Level 6 Food Court tenancies and Level 7/ Level 8 Restaurant Precinct with pedestrian connections from all street fronts and Martin Place Station.
