Alongside our clients, Metcash, this facility was designed and documented to achieve a 4-star Green Rating (industrial V-1). As one of the first industrial developments to be rated under the tool this project set new energy efficiency benchmarks for temperature controlled warehousing. The project included 72,355sq.m ambient warehouse, including battery change areas, dock levellers, gate house and truck wash. In separate buildings the project also included 3,505sq.m office space and 20,455sq.m of fresh, chilled and freezer warehouse. The development was values at $81.8m at took 16 months in construction.
